shanravi_29 asked: I want to choose my own insurance instead of company sponsored plan.
Usually when we elect company sponsored plan the premium on health insurance
is tax deducted from the paycheck. But if I choose and pay my own insurance Can I still make tax deducted from each paycheck? or should I apply tax deduction during tax filing?

Jonathan asked: Senior quest, if you’ve never heard of it, is an 8-10 research paper with a project in which you spent 20 hours on, 8 hours of which has to be spent with a mentor. Now, it has to be in some way linked with health. There can be ways around this like for instance if you like working on cars you could spend 8 hours helping someone rebuild an ambulance. I don’t really want to do that though. Can anyone give me some idea on how to do my senior quest and on something related to health which is what cluster I’m in? Thanks.

Cindy P asked: She had been sick this whole week and my sister had been there every day. They told my sister that her blood work suggested she had an infection of some sort and they did an x-ray (said it was clear). This was Wed. a.m. and the doctor there prescribed antibiotics. They were never given to her!
This morning two of my sisters called an ambulance and now she is thankfully in the hospital but she has pneumonia, a severe bladder infection (her urine looke liked coffee!) and her blood was way too thin.
She may not make it and I can deal with this since she is in poor health and 82, but that is rediculous that they hadn’t given her any antibiotics as prescribed and hadn’t even checked her urine!
We aren’t ones to sue but something should be done, shouldn’t it?
Advice?
