My biggest problem with it is that it is “universal”. The government does not ASK the citizens to do things, it tells them to under threat of force. This means that if I don’t want to participate, that’s too bad, the government puts a gun in my face and forces me to. This is tyranny, slavery, and evil by every possible definition. You do NOT have a right to health care, and you do NOT have the right to force me to participate in your government programs. It’s intentions are good, it’s methods are tyranny.
By the way, if you don’t think the government puts a gun in your face, then don’t pay your taxes and see how long it takes for men with guns to come take you away to a 6×8 cell guarded by men with guns. Tyranny is tyranny does.
