Here in Australia it ain’t too bad.. we have organisations in place for that very purpose and they are taken care for by these body groups which are government funded for that sole purpose. Although I just made it osund perfect, it is far from perfect. I used to work in the field and although we have some xcellent services it is never enough..but when you campare us with the US, than we got nothing to complain about.
For people who truly dont have any income or retirement that they could access help from the medicaid program or the next 2030 years.
